With over 10 years of hands-on experience, Max has honed his skills on a diverse array of projects. Whether it’s the challenge of creating something new or breathing fresh life into existing structures, Max consistently delivers innovative solutions that stand the test of time.

Outside of the office, Max channels his competitive spirit as an avid rugby player. He proudly represents the local team,Trowbridge, which M2 Structural is honoured to sponsor. Max’s dedication to both his career and community is truly admirable.

Introducing Winston, the Mischievous Companion

Max’s life isn’t all about drawings and tackles. Meet Winston, his loyal standard Dachshund. As the youngest member of the furry fiends, Winston revels in being a rascal and leading the pack astray. He adds an element of playfulness to Max’s world, reminding us all that even in the most serious endeavours, a little mischief can go a long way.

Matt Crosnier

Matt Crosnier is a Director at M2 Civil and Structural. With a journey spanning back to 2007 when he started as a Junior CAD technician for a renowned local practice, Matt’s unwavering commitment to the construction industry has propelled him to his current role.

Over the years, Matt has diligently climbed the ranks, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a Senior Structural Engineer, he’s the driving force behind numerous successful projects, contributing his expertise to every aspect of construction, from conception to completion.

Beyond the blueprint and structural calculations, Matt’s life is a colourful canvas. In his free time, he channels his creative energy into model-making, crafting miniature worlds with meticulous detail. His two boys are often his eager partners in this imaginative journey. An advocate for a healthy lifestyle, Matt’s dedication to exercise and fitness is inspiring. He’s been known to embrace the thrill of daredevil skiing, pushing the limits on the slopes.

Meet Jack, the Four-Legged Supervisor

But amidst all the excitement and creativity, there’s a calming presence in Matt’s life—Jack, his loyal four-legged assistant. Jack enjoys leisurely strolls followed by extended naps on the bed, occasionally accompanied by curious feline friends.

Joe Newton joined M2 Civil and Structural Ltd as a Senior Engineer in 2021, bringing with him over a decade of invaluable experience in the field. With a passion for structural engineering and a knack for tackling projects of all sizes, Joe has become an asset across a variety of sectors.

Joe’s portfolio boasts a wide array of projects, from intricate refurbishments of historic listed buildings to complex large-scale developments. His commitment to delivering high-quality solutions is evident in every endeavour he undertakes.

Outside of the office, Joe leads a dynamic life. While his skills on the hockey and squash courts might be described as “casual,” his enthusiasm is anything but. He’s a true music aficionado, attending gigs and festivals both in the UK and abroad whenever possible.

Meet Omi, Joe’s Furry Sidekick

When not immersed in engineering or enjoying live music, Joe spends his time in the company of a furry friend. His personal assistant, a miniature Dachshund named Omi, is an expert at sniffing out culinary adventures and cuddling on the sofa. Together, they bring a playful and endearing dynamic to Joe’s life outside the world of structural engineering.
