This project was the conversion of an existing steel framed agricultural barn into a two storey residential development. Additional load bearing masonry walls were added at ground floor to support the proposed first floor structure. There were many unique architectural features in the building that required considered design an detailing, including large glazing panels and a raised external walkway.
